Counters
With good design and planning, concrete countertops can be made the proper color, finish, and shape to coincide with surrounding elements (cabinets, sinks, backsplashes, etc.) to create the desired atmosphere for the client.
Above left: This kitchen countertop has contrasting finishes: the counter against the wall and the majority of the island are polished while the concrete under the tear-shaped glass has been ground down to show aggregate.
